In accordance with the applicable legal regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data in connection with purchases made in our online store.

For What Purpose Do We Process Your Personal Data?

The protection of personal data of a buyer who is a natural person is provided pursuant to Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended.

The buyer agrees to the processing of the following personal data: first name and surname, home address, identification number, tax identification number, e-mail address, telephone number (all jointly referred to as “personal data”).

The buyer agrees to the processing of personal data by the seller for the purposes of fulfilling the rights and obligations arising from the purchase contract, and for the purposes of sending information and commercial communications to the buyer.

The buyer acknowledges that they are obliged to provide their personal data correctly and truthfully (during registration, in their user account, and in orders placed through the online store interface), and that they must inform the seller without undue delay of any changes to their personal data.

The seller may entrust the processing of the buyer’s personal data to a third party as a processor. Except for persons delivering the goods, personal data will not be provided to third parties by the seller without the buyer’s prior consent.

Personal data will be processed for an indefinite period of time. Personal data will be processed electronically in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner.

The buyer confirms that the personal data provided are accurate and that they have been informed that providing personal data is voluntary.

If the buyer believes that the seller or the processor (Art. 9.5) is processing their personal data in a way that is contrary to the protection of the buyer’s private and personal life, or contrary to the law, especially if the personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, the buyer may:

  • request an explanation from the seller or the processor;

  • request that the seller or processor remedy the situation. This may involve blocking, correcting, supplementing, or deleting personal data. If the buyer’s request is deemed justified, the seller or processor shall immediately rectify the defective situation. If the seller or processor does not comply with the request, the buyer has the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection. This provision does not affect the buyer’s right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection directly with their complaint.

If the buyer requests information about the processing of their personal data, the seller is obliged to provide such information. The seller has the right to charge a reasonable fee for providing the information, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information.

The buyer agrees to the sending of information related to the seller’s goods, services, or business to the buyer’s e-mail address, and further agrees to the sending of commercial communications by the seller to the buyer’s e-mail address.
