Welcome,

My name is Eva Řežábková and I have dedicated my entire professional life to the care of newborns. Every day, I am inspired by their fragility, strength, and determination to grow. They remind me that even the smallest details can have a profound impact on a baby’s comfort and development.

I have been caring for, teaching about, and supporting the comfort of newborns for more than25 years..

My experience comes from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NEO RES) at the Institute for the Care of Mother and Child (ÚPMD) in Prague, where I work as a head nurse. Every day, I care for premature and ill newborns and, together with my colleagues, seek ways to provide them with the best possible conditions for growth, development, and a sense of security.

During my practice, I realized that the area of newborn positioning and comfort had long remained unchanged. Yet proper positioning and a sense of security play a crucial role in stabilizing vital functions, improving sleep quality, and supporting healthy psychomotor development.

Out of this need, the Neobed Nest Project was born – a line of products that combines professional neonatal care experience with practical use in a home environment.
Neobed nests help babies feel safe and comfortable – whether in an intensive care unit or in their parents’ arms at home.

My goal is for every newborn – premature, ill, or full-term – to feel safe, comfortable, and in balance.
